Alert settings

Settings are isolated to this Shopify store.

Low-stock threshold

Alert when total available stock (across all locations) is at or below this number.

Only alert when fully out of stock (ignore the threshold)

Per-product / per-variant thresholds: set a Low stock threshold metafield on a product in Shopify to override the global value for all its variants; set it on a specific variant to override just that one (e.g. reorder a bestseller sooner). Blank → falls back to the product value, then the global value above.

One or more email addresses, separated by commas or new lines.

Baseline scan

Webhooks only fire when stock changes. Run a scan to evaluate every SKU's current level right now and alert on anything already low.

Reorder list

SKUs currently at or below their threshold. Mark each as ordered once you place it with your supplier — items drop off automatically when restocked.
