Alert settings

Settings are isolated to this Shopify store.

Low-stock threshold

Your minimum stock: alert when total available (across all locations) falls below this number. An item clears once it's restocked back to this level or higher.

Only alert when fully out of stock (ignore the threshold)

Per-product / per-variant thresholds: set a Low stock threshold metafield on a product in Shopify to override the global value for all its variants; set it on a specific variant to override just that one (e.g. reorder a bestseller sooner). Blank → falls back to the product value, then the global value above.

Alert recipients (optional)

Optional. Add one or more email addresses (separated by commas or new lines) to be emailed when a SKU runs low. Leave blank to skip emails and just use the Restock list below.

Baseline scan

Webhooks only fire when stock changes. Run a scan to evaluate every SKU's current level right now and alert on anything already low.

Restock

SKUs currently below their minimum. Set how many to reorder, tick the ones you're ordering, download a file for your supplier, then hit Reordered to mark them done. Reordered rows stay listed with a green check and drop off automatically once restocked.
